  • Do I need to buy a meal plan?
All students living in an on-campus residence hall are required to purchase a residential meal plan. Students living off campus or in the Christiana Towers are not required to purchase a meal plan, but still have the option to signup for a residential or optional meal plan. Students with meal plans must agree to the terms of the Dining Services Agreement.

  • How does a meal plan work?
Meal plans contain different balances of meals and points preloaded on your student ONEcard. Meals allow entry into our three residential, all-you-care-to-eat locations; points decline like money on a debit card and are mainly used at on-campus retail locations and convenience stores. Each residential plan includes five guest meals to treat a friend or family member to a meal!

  • Can I change my meal plan?
Students can change meal plans as many times as they want until the week prior to move-in weekend. After move-in weekend, students can request one change through the published deadline: Fall 2018 - September 11 and Spring 2019 - February 25.

  • Will unused meals or points roll over?
Meals remaining at the end of a given week, or at the end of a semester, will expire. Points rollover within an academic year -- from fall to spring semester but expire after the final day of spring semester.
Don’t worry - simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.
