Russell Dining features restaurant-style service and food, an open floor plan and café-style seating. It's located in the Russell Complex on East Campus, next to the Harrington Turf. Russell's centerpiece is a gas-fired pizza oven featuring handcrafted, artisanal fresh dough pizzas. This location offers vegan and vegetarian options, as well as a deli station, and create your own pasta dish.
Russell offers a weekly dining special where the UD community is invited to dine for $8 on Fridays at lunch.
